Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF) in Luverne, MN. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.

**Schedule and Shifts:**

This position requires flexibility with shifts, including Days and Nights (6-6:30p, 6pm-6:30a, 6am-2:30p or 2pm-10:30pm), with a commitment to work every other weekend and holiday. The facility typically operates with 12-hour shifts, although some 8-hour shifts may be available.

**Additional Information:**

• Facility has a total of 51 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2 nurses during the day and 1 overnight nurse.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used: PCC.
• Location-specific orientation includes 2 hours with the Lead team and 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff member.
