Join a leading healthcare provider as a Physical Therapist in Brookings, OR, with a focus on rehabilitation. This is a clinic position, not home-based, starting on 12/14/2026. You will work at a freestanding outpatient therapy clinic, providing essential care to patients who come to the clinic for treatment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient

Caseload: General ortho including hips, knees, shoulders, back, and neck; occasional neuro/CVA cases. You will typically manage 8–12 patients per day.

Evaluations: 60 minutes

Follow-ups: 45 minutes

EMR: WebPT

This position offers guaranteed hours of 40 per week, with no weekends or call required. The clinic is closed on holidays and is not a high-volume “therapy mill,” allowing for strong opportunities for 1:1 patient care. The contract is for 13 weeks, with the possibility of extending to 26 weeks.
