Position Information:
- Specialty: Mother Baby
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
- Weekend Hours: every other, possibly less
- Call Requirements: None
- Required Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS
- Years of Experience: 2
- Float Requirements: None

Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 8 postpartum beds
- Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplets
- Equipment: EHR: Paragon
- Patient Population: neonate, adults

Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: couplet care, ability to attend deliveries and recover newborns, experience with post c-section patients
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: prepping/PACU for c-sections
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: antepartum & postpartum complications, vaginal delivery, c-section delivery
- Personality Fit: team player, flexible
- Required Education: nursing license
