Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Med Surg unit in Nashville, TN. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Unit Specifics:

Number of Beds: 28
Patient Ratios: Days 5-6:1; Nights 6:1
Unit Staffing Description: Days include a Unit Secretary and 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCT)
Type of Equipment: Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter equipment, remote telemetry
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday), weekdays flexible
Floating Policy: PRN, most often between Med Surg units
Patient Experience Requirements: BSSR, Hourly Rounding

Hospital Specifics:

Certifications: BLS, NIH, CPI preferred
Dress Code: Black or royal blue scrubs

Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:

Must Have: Strong assessment skills, experience with IV Pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets
Advanced Skills Needed: Procedures performed on unit include IV and Foley catheter placement
