Join a leading healthcare facility as an MRI Technologist in Pittsfield, MA, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality imaging services.

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing scans, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will work alongside another Tech Aide or MRI Tech, ensuring that you are never working solo. The department will be covered by call after midnight, and you will be expected to adhere to specific scheduling requirements, including working during holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 MRI machines.
• Manage an average of 9 patients per shift.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.

Important Notes:

• Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be noted at the time of profile upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work one block during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation is required.
• Holiday and overtime multipliers are set at 1.25%.
