• Role: Physical Therapist
• Facility Department: Acute Rehab Unit
• Shift: 08:15 - 17:00
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32
• Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend
• Call Requirements: No
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: New grads and beyond
• Float Requirements: Float to eval and treat med-surg, ICU patients as needed

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Ratios: 6:1
• EHR: Medhost, Nethealth (Redoc)
• Patient Population: 18+

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Open to new grads
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Open to new grads
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Strokes, hip fractures, debility, TBI, spinal cord injuries, MVAs, Parkinson's, MS
• Personality Fit: Patient-centered and team-oriented, communicates well, team player
• Required Education: Masters

• Scrub Color: Royal blue scrubs
