Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PCU Registered Nurse in Bristol, TN. This contract position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team while providing exceptional care to patients. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Participate in nursing student support and clinical education initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage patient care plans and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

**Requirements:**

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Previous Charge Experience preferred.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• All travelers must live 100 miles from the facility.

**Additional Information:**

• 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 schedules are available.
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
• No On Call; floating to other units is required.
• General orientation begins on Sundays, with online CBLs.
• 16 hours of nonbillable orientation included.
• The hospital can cancel or call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census.
• Additional shifts may be available as overtime, flexed as needed based on hospital census.
