Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in patient and family education to promote health and wellness.

Requirements:

• Must have 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State License in hand.
• AHA BLS & ACLS certification required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Charge RN references accepted.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation; acceptable scores on both assessments are required.

Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
