Drips are required on all floors, and EPIC charting experience is necessary. First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 2 years of experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center. Floating within scope to meet facility needs is expected, which may include potentially floating to the sister campus.

Units may include, but are not limited to: 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU. In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport teams, and paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some, but not all, floors. This is a 100% nicotine-free facility.

Weekend requirements: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday. Nights: Friday night and Saturday night. RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted, which must be submitted with the application. Additional requests after confirmation are at the manager's discretion.

***Holiday Requirement: Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - winter holidays are below: Thanksgiving: W/Th/F; Christmas: 24/25/26; New Year’s: 31/1/2. Locals are not accepted (candidates must be more than 100 miles from the facility). Pending licenses are accepted, but if the license is not in hand at the time of submission, the traveler will be booked six weeks out.***

Scrubs: Mandatory - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the facility logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain the branded scrubs will be shared once the traveler is confirmed. The facility also sells gray T-shirts that can be worn from their company store.

Parking: Professionals can obtain a parking permit (cost depends on the lot, but is approximately $55/month) or they can use daily rate parking ($3 to park for 20 hours).
