Join a leading acute-care hospital as an IMC Registered Nurse in Charleston, WV. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with intermediate care diagnoses, including cardiac, pulmonary, renal, GI, and sepsis cases. This role is ideal for nurses looking to expand their skills and knowledge in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for a diverse patient population in the IMC unit (6 Front Pod A).
• Work 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts (19:00 - 07:00), including weekdays and every other weekend.
• Float as needed within the unit.
• Maintain a 3:1 patient ratio.
• Participate in orientation held every other week on Thursday.

Requirements:

• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current WV RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and ventilator management experience required.
• Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests.
• Must comply with the 100-mile radius rule (75-99 miles can be sent for facility approval).
• Flu shot required without medical proof; Covid vaccine required with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
