Join a leading acute-care hospital in Albuquerque, NM, as a Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for RNs with a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a Med Surg setting.

In this role, you will work night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00. The facility offers a 36 or 48-hour work option, with overtime for hours worked over 48. You will be part of a unit that accepts first-time travelers and values your skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
• Activating rapid response teams as needed
• Utilizing Epic charting for patient documentation
• Floating to like units on weekends (6 weekend shifts within 6 weeks)

Requirements for this position include:

• BLS & NIHSS certification required (pending approval)
• CPI certification preferred
• 1 year of recent experience in a Med Surg setting
