Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Cartersville, GA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in various units, including the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU. As part of the float pool, you will be expected to maintain flexibility in your schedule and adapt to different areas of the hospital.

Unit Details: This position will involve floating throughout the hospital, with ratios up to 1:6 in Med-Surg. Weekend shifts will be required every other week, and there is no call involved. Once a candidate has signed and confirmation is sent, the manager has 48 hours to review the profile and determine if the unit, schedule, and expertise are a fit. An Aya Offer is only available if the clinical pass is within RTO guidelines and meets specific facility requirements. The maximum RTO is 7 days.

Holiday Expectations: If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall, the traveler is expected to work both. Compliance: Full compliance is required to start on time. If not compliant, there may be a pushback of 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Locals are accepted at the same rate. Please note that the number of non-billable orientation hours is determined by the contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment).
