Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Tyler, TX. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic Med Surg unit that specializes in caring for oncology and hematology patients. The unit, known as 6 North, features 36 private rooms, with 18 dedicated to medical-surgical patients and 18 for oncology patients. Here, you will provide compassionate care to young adults through geriatric patients throughout varying stages of their disease process, while also managing general medical/surgical overflow patients.

As a Medical Surgical RN, you will be part of a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality patient care and support. While MS Oncology Chemo certification is not required, your expertise in medical-surgical nursing will be essential in delivering the best outcomes for our patients.

Please note that the facility does not contract travelers residing in the following counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
