Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Postpartum Registered Nurse in Highlands Ranch, CO. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in the Mother-Baby Unit, providing exceptional care to new mothers and their infants. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for maternal and infant health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to postpartum patients in a couplet care setting.
• Monitor and assess the health of mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate families on postpartum care and infant care practices.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Mother-Baby care required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA).
• Weekend availability as per unit needs.
• On-call requirement: 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule.
• Ability to float between like units based on facility needs.

• Total Staffed Beds: 21
• Charting Ratio: 1:6
• Scrub Color: Provided
• Local Rate: $83 for candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility.
