Join a leading healthcare provider as a PCU Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM, specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. This role is perfect for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in a cardiac stepdown unit with a significant cardiac patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred (1+ years considered).
• Cardiovascular experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH; CPI preferred.
• Ability to float as needed.
• Weekend requirement: As needed, rotating.

This position offers the option of 36 or 48 hours per week with block scheduling considered on a case-by-case basis. The unit consists of 55 beds, and scrub color is flexible (no logo).
