Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Polson, MT. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment, floating between various units as needed.

As an Operating Room RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. You will be expected to handle pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as circulating in the OR and assisting in the PACU and Endoscopy. The surgical specialties include OBGYN, Orthopedics, GI/GS, ENT, Pain Management, and Dental.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care in the operating room and associated areas.
• Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Documenting patient information accurately using Epic EMR.

Additional details about the position:

• On-call required: Yes, variable call on weekends and nights (8 shifts/month).
• Weekends required: Yes, every 3rd or 4th weekend depending on rotation and time off requests.
• Expected ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:4.
• Special requirements: 2 room OR experience preferred.
• Potential for 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
