Join a leading healthcare provider as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse in Mayfield Heights, OH. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced RNs to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
Monitor vital signs and manage patient care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have a valid Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
