Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Edmonds, WA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns.

As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, OB Triage, Antepartum, and Normal Newborn care.
• Performing special procedures including Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Delivery, and circulating in the OR.
• Starting adult IVs and administering blood/blood products, as well as managing drains, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, insulin, and magnesium sulfate.
• Floating as needed to support patient care across various units.

Requirements for this position include:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, LDRP, Postpartum, and Newborn care.
• Active compact nursing license.
• Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP, ACLS (preferred).
• Ability to circulate, perform FHM, and start IVs.

The staffing ratio for this position is 1:1-3, ensuring that you can provide the highest level of care to your patients.
