Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PICU Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center and Children's Hospital, providing critical care to pediatric patients. Our facility is dedicated to excellence in patient care and education, making it an ideal environment for both seasoned professionals and first-time travelers.
Position Details:
- Ratios: 1:2
- Experience Required: 1.5 years
- Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts for day shift
- Certifications Required: BLS, PALS, NM License
- Floating Requirements: Must float to NICU and Peds ED as needed
- Special Requirements: CRRT & ECMO procedure experience, Vents, working knowledge of inotropic drips
- Patient Diagnoses: Respiratory distress/failure, Renal failure, Trauma, CRRT, ECMO, Heme/onc, Multi-system organ failure, Suicide attempts
Additional Information:
- No locals within 100 miles
- COVID Vaccine: Optional - reporting required
- Block schedules are not guaranteed
- Pending Licenses accepted
- RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval
- OT after 48 hours on all contracts
