We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract position in Rehabilitation at a leading acute-care hospital in Glendive, MT. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient therapy, providing a vital service to patients in need of rehabilitation support. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional care and will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.
• Current state license or compact license accepted.
• No on-call requirements.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• No restrictions on time off (RTO) within the first two weeks due to orientation; limit RTO to one week thereafter.
