Position Overview: This role requires a Physical Therapist with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and hold a valid state license. First-timers are not accepted for this position. The facility is open to accommodating block schedules, and locals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner charting.

Requirements:

• BLS certification required.
• State license required; Compact License accepted.
• No on-call requirements.
• RTO restrictions: No RTO within the first two weeks due to orientation; limit RTO to one week thereafter.
