Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in York, PA. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care in the Operating Room (OR) setting. This contract position offers a structured work schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

Minimum Experience: 3 years of Level I Trauma experience is required. Previous travel experience is also necessary.

Call Requirements: Expect 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response time required.

RTO: Maximum of 7 days. Weekend shifts will be 3-4 within a 6-week matrix and may include days, evenings, or nights.

Holidays: Availability as needed; may be scheduled for day, evening, or night shifts. Note that Black Friday off cannot be approved, and RTO cannot be approved for the week of Christmas.

Floating: Required as needed.

Skills Required: Candidates must be proficient in scrubbing and circulating, with the ability to function independently without refresher training. Proficiency with the Davinci xi robot is essential, and familiarity with the DV5 Davinci robot is a plus. Experience in robotic general, gynecological, thoracic, and urology specialties is required. Other robotic experience (e.g., ortho/neuro robots) is not applicable.

Specialties: Candidates must be able to function independently in the following specialties: Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma.

Additional Info: The facility may care for COVID patients. It is a tobacco and fragrance-free environment, and travelers should be notified prior to submission.
