Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel LPN in the Med Surg unit. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while providing essential care to patients. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in Beckley, WV, for a 13-week assignment.

Position Information:

• Facility Department: Critical Care Step-Down
• Shift: 7p-7a
• Weekend Hours: Work every other weekend (24 hours)
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: 1st to float

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 22
• Patient Ratios: 4:1
• Equipment: Cardiac monitors, Suction, O2, Vital sign machines
• EHR: Meditech
• Patient Population: 18 years and up

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Multitasking, Assessment skills, Critical Thinking
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Post cardiac cath care, Peritoneal Dialysis
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Cardiac, Sepsis, Acute Respiratory Failure, CHF exacerbation, Post-op, CIWA
• Personality Fit: Extrovert, Team Player, Empathetic, Strong Work Ethic
• Required Education: Associates in Nursing

• Scrub Color: Navy blue
• Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies, sweatshirts, non-RGH T-shirts on Fridays
