Join a leading healthcare facility as a Physical Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation in Murfreesboro, TN. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with an outpatient orthopedic patient population and is ideal for first-time travelers looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.

Requirements:

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) candidates will not be accepted.
• New graduates will not be considered.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

This position guarantees 36 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours. There is an option to join a travel team in this clinic or a neighboring clinic, providing flexibility and additional opportunities for professional growth.
