Join a leading healthcare provider as a Med Surg and Telemetry Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care to patients in various Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry settings.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care accurately.
Requirements for this position include:
- WI RN or compact license required.
- BLS - AHA certification required.
- Experience working in different Med/Surg units.
- Epic experience required.
- Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
