We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a contract position in Everett, WA. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work in a facility that specializes in comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-risk perinatal care in a Level III unit.
• Support labor and delivery processes with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Float to postpartum as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled RNs, surgical techs, and CNAs to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.
• Availability for weekends and potential floating to postpartum.
• Experience in facilities with 200+ deliveries preferred, but candidates with 100-200 deliveries may be considered.

Unit Information:

• 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds.
• 3 operating rooms and 2 PACU beds.
• Triage staffed with 3 RNs per shift.
• Support staff includes surgical techs and CNAs.
