Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC/SNF) at a leading healthcare facility in Luverne, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for RNs looking for a contract position in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR (PCC).
• Participate in patient and family education regarding care and treatment options.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in Long Term Care or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $2,005 - $2,110, with shifts primarily consisting of 12-hour shifts, though some 8-hour shifts may be required. Orientation will include a brief session with the lead team followed by 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff member.
