Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking experienced RNs with a passion for providing high-quality surgical care. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Position / Specialty: Operating Room RN

Core Experience Required: 3 years

First Timers Accepted: Yes

Certifications Required: BLS

On-Call Requirement: 40-60 hours per 6 weeks (can vary)

Locals Accepted: Yes. Local radius rule: $15 off bill rate for travelers residing within the state of Indiana.

Floating Requirement: Yes, clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs.

Pending License Accepted: Yes - must have IN, compact, or temp license at the time of start.

RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.

Special Requirements: Trauma Level I Experience required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience if they have 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience. Circulate required; scrub preferred. OR RNs need to be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant as they will be floated where needed.

Unit Information: Core 3 & 4: General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Ortho, GU, Colorectal Robotics

Note: Effective 11/30/2024, Indiana RNs will not be allowed to work at this facility, with exceptions for Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers. These Indiana travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline.
