We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our team in Chewelah, WA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a critical access facility, providing essential care in the Emergency Department. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Float between units as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic charting.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1 year of charge experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are mandatory; NRP preferred.
• Ability to work rotating weekends.
• Expected patient ratios: 1:5.
