Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Perinatal RN Manager in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a significant impact in the OB/GYN specialty. We are seeking a skilled manager who is passionate about maternal and neonatal care.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
• Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses - Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM)
• The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner (STABLE)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Perinatal Registered Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role preferred.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It is extremely expensive, especially in the winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs. $3,500/month is common for a 1BR apartment in Basalt. Travelers looking for a housing budget less than this should probably not be submitted.

Misc: Not accepting any RTO - Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation).
