Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg Float Pool in Clarksville, TN. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be required to float between five Med-Surg units, ensuring flexibility to meet the staffing needs of the unit. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg Float Pool.
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Float to the Emergency Room as needed.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1-6.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid Tennessee nursing license or compact license on file at the time of submission.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the unit's scheduling needs.

**Additional Information:**

• Orientation dates are available on 11/9, 11/16, and 11/30 (No orientation the week of 11/23).
• Scrubs: Navy.
• Unit makes the schedule; weekend shifts are required.
