We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Critical Care Float Pool position in Columbus, OH. This role will support various Intensive Care Units (ICUs) within a leading acute-care hospital. The unit cares for patients in the Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, and Cardiology/Diagnostics, among others. As a Critical Care Float RN, you will be required to float to different ICUs, including MICU, SICU, NCCU, and CVICU, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float to all ICUs within the facility as needed.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG and manage post-cardiac surgery patients (not directly from the OR).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Required skills: Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias.
