As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering radiation therapy to patients, ensuring safety and comfort during treatments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• ARRT(R)(T) certification required.
• Current Florida license required.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Graduate from a School of Radiation Therapy Technology accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEA).
• Experience with radiation oncology specific electronic medical records and record and verify systems.
• Preferred experience with external radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, and CT simulation.
