We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to support the Critical Care Float Pool at a leading acute-care hospital in Columbus, OH. This role involves floating to various Intensive Care Units (ICUs) including Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be flexible to adapt to different units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float to all ICUs within the facility as required.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG and assist in post-cardiac surgery care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Skills in Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend; minimum of every other weekend.

• WB Annual Permit: $196.20/year (includes 24/7 surface parking and shuttle service).
• CXS Annual Permit: $393.96/year (includes 24/7 Buckeye CX and surface parking).
