Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Longmont, CO. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting.
• Float between like units as needed to meet facility needs.

**Requirements:**

• 2 years of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification (AHA) is mandatory; NIHSS certification preferred.
• First-timers accepted, provided experience requirements are met.
• Weekend requirement: 4-6 shifts per contract.

**Additional Information:**

• Total Staffed Beds: 19
• Patient Ratios: 1:5-1:6
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Local Rate: $85 if candidate resides within 75 miles of the facility.
