Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surg unit.
• Must be flexible to facility scheduling; no schedule requests can be accommodated.
• Compliance with all facility requirements is necessary to start on time.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

Contract Details:

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
• RTO: Maximum of 7 days; blackout dates apply.
• No call required; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed.
• Orientation hours determined by contract length.
• Major holidays worked as per assignment period.
