Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ER) in Granbury, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work nights while providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EMR - MEDHOST.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for trauma, stroke, and chest pain.

Requirements:

• Current RN Licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certification (AHA or ARC).
• Preferred travel experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Must have titers in hand at the time of submission.
• Patient ratio: 10 rooms, 19 beds/chairs with a 3 or 4:1 ratio.
• Scrub color: Royal Blue.
