Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical in Granbury, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated healthcare professionals looking for a contract position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 6:1, ensuring personalized attention and support.
- Utilize EMR system (MEDHOST) for efficient patient data management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
- ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Must have Medical Surgical experience
Additional Information:
- Shift: Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- No call or floating required
- RTO blackout during holidays; maximum of 3 days allowed
- Scrub color: Royal Blue
