Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical in Granbury, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using MEDHOST EMR.
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
- ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Must have Medical Surgical experience.
Additional Information:
- Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
- No call or floating required.
- Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
- Requests for time off must be submitted in advance; blackout dates include holidays.
