Join a leading acute-care hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ, as a First Assist CST/OR. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a community hospital and regional referral center, known for its commitment to quality care and patient safety. The facility is Joint Commission Accredited and recognized as a Certified Chest Pain Center.
As a First Assist in Open Heart Surgery, you will play a crucial role in the surgical team, assisting with vein harvesting and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in CVOR open heart vascular procedures. Orientation is provided weekly, and you will be part of a dedicated team in a facility with 171 beds.

Position Information:
- Role: First Assist in Open Heart Surgery with Vein Harvesting
- Specialty: Open Heart and Vascular
- Shift: Days with call (weekdays three days, rare weekend)
- Call Requirements: Friday night till Saturday am at 0900
- Required Certifications: First assist or grandfathering clause
- Preferred Experience: CVOR Open Heart
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Hearts and vascular
- Personality Fit: Calm and experienced
- Required Education: First assist
- Dress Code: Scrub color provided
