Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality care to patients in critical conditions.

This role involves evening and night shifts, specifically 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with an every-other-weekend rotation and some holiday responsibilities. We are also open to accepting 4x12s and weekend-blocked scheduling if that aligns better with your preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive care to patients in multiple ICU units
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Qualifications for this position include:

• Valid Wisconsin RN or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA ONLY)
• Experience in multiple ICU units is preferred
• Ability to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting
