We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Metairie, LA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, caring for Med Surg and Telemetry patients. As a Float RN, you will provide essential care for patients in the Emergency Room who are waiting for floor beds, as well as on Med Surg/Telemetry units when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry settings.
• Float between the Emergency Department and Med Surg/Telemetry units as required.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and care coordination.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are preferred.
• CPI certification is a plus.
• Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry nursing is highly desirable.
