We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a leading acute-care hospital, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and support for our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Assist with Robotics, Neuro, Plastics, and Ortho surgeries.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2 Years Experience Required.
• No First Time Travelers.
• Weekend Requirement: Yes.
• On Call Requirement: Yes, including rotating weekends and late call until 7pm Monday-Thursday, Friday night call rotation.
• Float Requirement: May float to other surgical specialties.
• Holiday Requirement: Yes.
• Required Certifications: BLS.
• Preferred Certifications: ACLS.
• Required Experience: Robotics, Neuro, Plastics, and Ortho surgery.
• Preferred Experience: Cardiovascular.
