Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Greenville, SC! This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing care for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients requiring telemetry. You will be responsible for managing 4-5 patients per nurse, with support from 2 CNAs and a unit secretary on all shifts.

As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN, you will be required to float to similar units or nearby facilities as needed. The shift schedule consists of 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with weekend coverage every other week, which may vary based on the needs of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac diagnoses.
• Utilize the Omnicell medication system for medication administration.
• Document patient care and progress using the EPIC system (1 year of EPIC experience required).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Certificates:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS
• South Carolina RN License
