Join a leading healthcare facility as a Physical Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation in Oak Hill, WV. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on patient care and rehabilitation. You will work four 10-hour shifts each week, providing high-quality therapy services to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to patients with various diagnoses including joint replacements, CVA, pain, fractures, neurological conditions, and vestibular issues.
• Conduct evaluations for one hour and provide treatment sessions lasting 45 minutes.
• Collaborate with seasoned PTAs and other therapy staff in the clinic.
• Flexibility in scheduling is available, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts.
• Participate in one shift per month at the inpatient unit on a Saturday.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification required.
• West Virginia PT licensure required prior to start; pending state licenses accepted.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Ability to work with a caseload primarily consisting of adults and geriatrics, with occasional pediatric cases.

Note: Candidates must provide proof of flu vaccination unless a medical exemption is documented. The flu season runs from October 1st to March 31st, during which the vaccine is mandatory.
