• Required Certifications: AHA BLS
• Years of Experience: More than 1 year on a Med Surg floor
• Float Requirements: Will not float

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 32
• Patient Ratios: 5:1 days and 6:1 nights
• Equipment: Baxter Pumps
• EHR: MedHost Experience
• Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: At least 1 year on a Med Surg floor
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: N/A
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Post ortho, COPD, DM, CHF, ESRD
• Personality Fit: Positive attitude, self-motivated
• Required Education: Associate Degree of Nursing
