Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 12 OR (2 CVOR)
• Level 2 Trauma Center
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Unit Staffing: 4 RNs per OR suite (2 circulators, 1 scrub RN, 1 RNFA)
• Type of Equipment: OR Equipment
• Documentation System: MediTech
• Scheduling Requirements: OR is staffed 24/7
• Floating Policy: No floating
• Patient Experience Requirements: Hourly updates to family members

Hiring Profile:

We are seeking experienced CVOR Nurses with:

• 3+ years of Cardiovascular experience
• Advanced skills preferred in Ortho/Neuro and DaVinci robot experience

Procedures Performed: CABG, Valve replacement, minimally invasive valve replacement, dissections, thoracic procedures, vascular procedures.

Certifications Required: BLS

Dress Code: Hospital provides scrubs.
