Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Mother Baby specialty. This position is located in Cape Coral, FL, and is designed for dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care in an OB Maternal Level 2, Nursery Level 1 setting. Our 24-bed unit is seeking an experienced RN to join our team for a 13-week contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) settings.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 for labor and 3:4 for postpartum.
• Participate in floating to other units and sister campuses as needed.
• Respond to call requirements, which include 12 hours in one calendar month.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically Epic, for patient documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of LDRP experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience.
• All demographic information must be submitted at the time of application, including address, email, full date of birth, full social security number, and RN license number.

A hard document deadline is set for the Monday prior to the start date, with no exceptions for pending documents.
