Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a Magnet and Teaching Hospital with a focus on high-quality patient care. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and providing critical care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in the Telemetry/Step-Down unit with a patient ratio of 1:4-5.
• Utilize your expertise in telemetry and cardiac drips to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC charting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telemetry/step-down experience required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• No on-call requirement.
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius.
• Pending licenses are accepted.
• Request time off (RTO) should not exceed 7 days during the 13-week contract.
