We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This is a contract position with a focus on Med Surg and Telemetry, providing essential care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications:

• 1 Year Experience Required
• Epic Experience Required
• Staffing ratio - 1:6
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Preferred Certifications: ACLS & CPI
• STRICT 5 DAYS MAX RTO
